In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.
From AbÅ« Ê¿Abd AllÄh al-NuÊ¿mÄn bin BashÄ«r (raá¸iyallÄhu Ê¿anhumÄ) who said: I heard the Messenger of AllÄh (á¹£allallÄhu alayhi wasallam) saying, “That which is lawful is clear and that which is unlawful is clear and between the two are ambiguous matters which many people do not know of. So whoever took caution regarding the ambiguous matters has absolved himself regarding his religion and his honour. And whoever fell into the doubtful matters has fallen into the unlawful, just like the shepherd who grazes his flock around the sanctuary (of a king), all but grazing therein. Indeed, every king has a sanctuary (that cannot be violated) and indeed the sanctuary of AllÄh is his prohibitions. Indeed, there is a morsel of flesh in the body which if it is sound the whole body is sound and which if itis corrupt the whole body is corrupt. Indeed, it is the heart.” [https://www.nawawis40hadith.com/nw/hadith/6/the-doubtful-matters ]
Firstly, we remind the loudmouth fool or ignoramus that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “That which is lawful is clear and that which is unlawful is clear”. What is absolutely clear is that Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi clearly opposed what is lawful and committed what is clearly unlawful by making Tabdee without proof. Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi committed a manifest crime and has clearly refused to recant, then how can anyone knowingly support and defend him?! Is there anything ambiguous in this affair O fool?! This is why Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi [may Allaah protect him] as well as Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allaah protect them] warned against everyone who knowingly supports Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi after he committed this crime of false Tabdee and refuses to recant to this day. Read and listen here: Warning against a Mistake or Behaviour Does Not Automatically Necessitate Tabdee; & a Mention of Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadiâs & Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhayleeâs Affair- [From 52mins onwards]:
As for the fool’s statement that “None can stand before Allaah to justify this fake warning against Shaikh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhayli”, even though the clear proofs of that which Dr Sulaymaan has done is manifest – defending Dr Muhammad Bin Haadi, who is guilty of false Tabdee and has refused to recant, then indeed we do not expect much from fools when they cannot see reality. “The reality of foolishness is to place something in other than its rightful place”. (1) “A fool imagines the impossible as the possible and the ignorant cannot differentiate the impossible from the possible. The fool knows the right thing but does not act upon it, and the ignorant one does not know the right thing, but would have acted upon it if he knew”. (2)
Finally, we say to the fool and his ilk [may Allaah guide them] that Imaam Sufyaan Bin Uyaynah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: [اÙص٠ت زÙ٠اÙعاÙÙ Ø Ùستر اÙجاÙÙ – Silence adorns the scholar and covers the ignorant]. [٠عج٠اب٠اÙÙ Ùرئ (1070)]
O fool! The scholars and their upright students speak based on knowledge and keep quiet based on knowledge; but as for you – Juwayhil and your ilk, it is incumbent upon you to remain so that your ignorance manifests and thus you shame yourself!
Imaam Ibnul Mubaarak [may Allaah have mercy upon him] was asked about the statement of Luqmaan [peace be upon him] to his son: [اذا Ùا٠اÙÙÙا٠٠٠Ùضة ÙاÙسÙÙت Ù Ù Ø°Ùب – If speech is from silver, then silence is from gold], so he said, “It means that if speech in obedience to Allaah is from silver, then silence (in order to refrain from) disobedience to Allaah is gold”. May Allaah protect us from foolish behaviour Aameen.
